Devo trasformare un oggetto Routine in un oggetto JSON ma devo escludere l'oggetto preset da ogni RoutineExercise
Quindi devo fare qualcosa del genere:

Ma non esclude i miei preset. Probabilmente perché il presetkey è annidato nella chiave dell'esercizio.

La tua funzione sostitutiva non è corretta. Deve restituire il valore ogni volta che desideri includere la chiave / valore nel JSON. Il tuo codice fa sì che restituisca solo undefined qualunque sia la chiave / valore.
Quindi usa questo:
funzione sostitutiva (chiave, valore) {
if (key! == "preset") {valore di ritorno; }
}
Oppure, in alternativa, puoi testare il tipo di valore:
funzione sostitutiva (chiave, valore) {
if (! (value instanceof Preset)) {return value; }
}

Elimina la chiave su una copia dell'oggetto prima di stringere l'oggetto per ottenere il risultato. È possibile creare una sorta di funzione che elimina una chiave da un oggetto, se esiste.
